Jeff Dillon Fine Art sells original artwork and limited edition fine art prints directly to collectors.
Original paintings are one-of-a-kind works created by Jeff Dillon.
Limited edition prints are produced using professional archival materials selected to best represent the original artwork. Prints may be offered on canvas, fine art paper, or other approved media. Prints are not hand-embellished unless explicitly stated.
Colours, textures, and details may vary slightly depending on screen calibration and display devices. We cannot guarantee exact colour accuracy across all screens.
All sizes listed refer to the artwork or print dimensions only. Framing, when offered, may add additional dimensions.
SECTION 3 – ARTWORK INSTALLATION AND HANGING RESPONSIBILITY
The purchaser is solely responsible for the safe and proper installation of any artwork purchased from Jeff Dillon Fine Art.
Artwork must be installed using appropriate hardware suitable for the wall type, mounting surface, and weight of the artwork. Installation requirements may vary depending on construction materials, wall structure, and location.
If you are unsure how to properly install artwork, we strongly recommend consulting a qualified professional or local hardware specialist.
Artwork should not be installed in locations where a fall could reasonably pose a risk of injury, damage, or harm to persons or property.
By purchasing and installing artwork, you acknowledge and assume all risks associated with its installation and display. Jeff Dillon Fine Art shall not be liable for any injury, damage, or loss resulting from improper installation or mounting.
SECTION 4 – CUSTOM AND MADE-TO-ORDER ITEMS
Most items offered for sale are custom-made or produced to order, including limited edition prints and framed works.
Due to the custom nature of these items, all sales are final unless otherwise stated in our Refund Policy.

Risk of loss and title transfer to the purchaser once the artwork is transferred to the shipping carrier.

Due to the custom nature of original artwork and limited edition prints, all sales are final.
If an item arrives damaged, you must notify us within a reasonable timeframe and provide clear photographic documentation of the damage and packaging. Approved damage claims will be resolved through repair or replacement where possible.
